Shipping Policies and Information
U.S. Shipping Policy:
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 Noon PST normally ship same day. Public Safety Center ships worldwide. Public Safety Center uses multiple delivery methods such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight Carrier. Third party accounts are not permitted. Our primary delivery method for the U.S. is UPS ground, this excludes Hawaii and Alaska which ships via USPS. Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, some items are not shippable by parcel carrier, and require safe delivery via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a weight based freight charge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s). Shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.

For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. Include the most relevant phone number to contact when the order is placed. Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery. Include special delivery instructions at checkout under our comment box.

Orders Shipped Within the Contiguous States

Expedited Shipping Options:
Expedited shipping options are available for most items in our store including UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. Just add your items to your cart and enter your zip to calculate freight costs for all shipping options.

International Shipments:
We ship most of our products worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders can be calculated prior to checkout. Please note customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs, duties, brokerage fee, taxes, etc.). All International orders ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders shipped to Canada ship via USPS.

APO/FPO: APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Public Safety Center will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support if additional freight is applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. PSC is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.

Please adhere to the following steps when entering a military address:
  • Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail only
  • Enter Grade/Rank/Rating and full name in the "Name" field
  • Enter Unit number, CM Room Number, PSC Number in the "Address" field
  • Enter APO (FPO) in the "City" Field
  • Enter AE (AA/AP/FP) in the "State" Field
  • Enter the zip code in the "Zip" Field
Free Return Shipping on Apparel and Footwear: Public Safety Center offers free return shipping on all apparel and footwear orders. Free return shipping applies to new orders only, previous orders do not apply. Tags and labels must still be attached to the garment for a return. Apparel without tags and labels are not returnable. Custom and/or personalized apparel may be returned at our discretion. Free return shipping excludes clearance items and non apparel and non footwear items. Please contact customer service at (559.651.0919) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.

Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information after placing an order.

UPS Delivery Days:
Our UPS account delivers Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major Holidays.
